“We had a major clog in our AC and heating vents and contacted an HVAC contractor for a quote. We were told that we needed a new furnace. We wanted a second opinion and contacted Hightech. As Ken evaluated the situation, he ended up finding a dead pheasant which was clogging the vent. He of course cleaned it out and the issue was fixed. You can't make this stuff up and we saved a ton of money!”
